Vice President of Operations
BACKGROUND:
Ms. Chiaviello has over 20 years of experience in positions of management and strategic decision making, including as an operations manager, a litigation and transactions attorney, and a real estate developer. Most recently, Ms. Chiaviello was a senior project manager with a leading global provider of integrated legal services and technology, where she led complex litigation matters, managing simultaneous onsite and offshore efforts, with multi-lingual components. Among her accomplishments, she successfully led an eDiscovery effort with 1.6+ million documents and a team of 45+ attorneys.
Prior to joining that firm, Ms. Chiaviello was Of Counsel with an AM Law 100 firm where she specialized in negotiating and closing complex commercial transactions with multifaceted government incentives and programs. Her experience also includes managing the operations of a consumer products business where she devised and implemented processes that added directly to the bottom line. In addition, she developed real estate as a partner in a Southeast US waterfront condominium development.
She has a solid foundation in management methods, tools, planning, and development.

Ms. Chiaviello is experienced in developing, customizing, and overseeing strategies in organizations. She has proven herself successful in building new operations methods, increasing the return of key clients, optimizing project management processes, and managing diverse teams. Ms. Chiaviello has acquired human resource expertise, and demonstrated success in turning around group dynamics and leading change.
She has developed and directed human resource management and operations strategies. She brings together different groups and demonstrates strong and effective leadership. She creates systems that develop and mentor employees by promoting purpose through learning and growing on the job.

EDUCATION:
Ms. Chiaviello received a JD from Catholic University and a BA in Economics from Smith College.
