BACKGROUND:

Mr. Rohrer has nearly 25 years of broad-based industrials experience in oil and gas, industrial fluids and lubricants, petrochemicals, downstream processes, power generation, aerospace/defense, construction, equipment and services. Mr. Rohrer provides board-level strategic, transactional, operational, restructuring, and management execution advice to Fortune 100 industrial companies. This includes operational expansions in existing and emerging markets, particularly: North America, sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Rohrer has extensive experience in market entry and exit strategies, restructuring, divestiture and post-merger consolidation, strategic sourcing, and complementary category expansion. He has a deep understanding of all aspects of the oil and gas industries, from exploration/production to all downstream processes, alternative fuels and petrochemical activities. Eugene has worked on power generation projects, including co-firing, siting, and complementary fuels analysis; projects covering LNG/CNG, including transportation of fuels, multi-platform fuel usage, and vehicles. That work led to experience in electric vehicle projects that included analysis of viability and industry private side components. He has extensive background in all stages of the petrochemical and industrial fluid cycle in the sub-Saharan African market. His work includes the sale of crude and refined products from the wellhead to the consumer, and the introduction and consolidation of lubricants and industrial liquids businesses.

Mr. Rohrer has led traditional restructuring and turnaround efforts in a wide array of situations, including executing profit improvement strategies simultaneously across multiples business categories. His efforts created profit expansion initiatives that often led to a doubling of EBITDA. Mr. Rohrer also led expense reduction, strategic sourcing, procurement, and purchasing processes targeting operational savings of over 50%.

Mr. Rohrer has led real estate redevelopment efforts in excess of USD $250 million that included broad governmental coordination, portfolio development, and the leveraging of emerging profit center opportunities.

EDUCATION:

Mr. Rohrer earned his MBA from Georgetown University, graduating as program valedictorian, and earning the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. During his follow-on service, Mr. Rohrer was chosen as the Distinguished Honor Graduate, Ranger Course, the Army’s premier leadership training regimen.
